* 60 day warranty includes retrying to fix the RROD or YLOD error. Some systems can't be repaired a 2nd or 3rd time but we will try for free during the 60 day period. This is no cash refund if we can't fix it again. All RROD/YLOD repairs are done on a professional reflow machine. We don't use a hair dryer, heat gun or towels. We have an ACHI Pro IR-SC, one of the most popular reflow machines used by repair companies around the world.
** 90 day warranty on new drives/lasers. We will replace the defective laser or drive within 90 days of installation providing our warranty sticker is still intact. NOTE: You do not get another 90 days from the installation of the replacement laser.
*** The reset glitch isn't intended for older XBoxes without an HDMI port (Xenon). Also, if you have an older non-slim XBox 360 that has been updated to the latest dashboard, it currently cannot be reset glitched. Also, the newest model of Slims XBox 360's cannot be reset glitched. We will determine if your system is suitable before taking apart your system or charging you anything.
