The best thing to do to prolong the life of your new laser is to use a DVD player to watch movies and listen to CD's to keep the laser use to a minimal.
We offer a 60 day warranty on our service. This does not include systems that have been fixed by others, as we can't guarantee that they did it properly. If your system was fixed before, we will assess the system before we work on it and let you know the chances of fixing it again. Systems that haven't been opened are covered by our warranty.
