These problems are causes by the boards getting too hot and starting to bend until the small solder balls on the chip lift up. Most fixes that just replace the screws, which only forces the board back together but don't actually fix the problem of the solder balls lifting and therefore usually results in the system having more problems in a short time. We reflow each system that comes in to ensure the best success rate possible. This means that we use heating equipment to actually resolder the balls back to the board. This fixes the problem more than just applying pressure and forcing it together. We also increase your fan's to 12V to increase the cooling of the system by 2.5 times its normal power. This help cool the system more and prevents the board from getting too hot again. We also do a few other tricks to make sure your system lasts the longest it possibly can.
Note: The best thing to do to prolong the life of your system is to keep in a well-ventilated place and turn it off when not in use. Also, if possible, use a DVD player to watch movies and listen to CD's to keep the systems use to a minimal.
