Q: Â What type of warranty do you offer on your services?
A: Â For the XBox 360 RROD fixes it is 90 days and the PS3 YLOD fixes, we offer a 60 day warranty on the repairs. Â What this means is that if your system experiences a YLOD or RROD again, we will attempt to repair it again free of charge. Â There is no cash refund offered with this warranty. Â Sometimes a system can't be fixed again, or something else breaks other than what we initially repaired. Â If this is the case, sometimes we have systems we can sell you at a discounted rate, or can buy your old system off you for parts, but again, no cash refunded but we will try to work with you the best we can.
NOTE: This warranty only applies to systems that still have the warranty sticker still intact. Â If someone else has worked on your system beforehand, please tell us so we can assess if they did any damage first and we can make a decision on a warranty or not.
For New PC builds, there is a 2-year warranty on all parts used in the system. Â For replacement parts used in your system(such as hard drives, power supplies, etc), we will cover the first year and the product may be under an extended warranty from the manufacturer.

Q: Â What is the best way to care for console after a repair?
A: Â If your 360 or PS3 suffered one of the lights of death failure, the best thing you can do is to keep your system cool and make sure the fan vents are not blocked. Â These failures are cause by bad cooling and the system overheating too much. Â We do our best to try and make sure your system is running the coolest it can, so when you take it home, try and do the same and you will ensure the longest life possible from the system. Â This is also includes turning it off when you're not using it and using the system for things such as music and movies at a minimum.
If you had a new laser installed, the best thing you can do is keep your discs clean. Â The dirtier and more scratched a disc is, the hard the laser has to work and the shorter its lifespan becomes. Â Try to avoid playing really scratched discs, and if possible use a separate DVD player for watching movies and listening to music. Â You can get a cheap DVD player for under $40 nowadays and thats a lot cheaper than a new PS3 laser.

Q: Â How can I get burnt games? Â Do you sell them?
A:  No, no, and finally, no.  Google can tell you just about anything you need to know on backing up your games. You should only backup your own games and keep your originals safe.  Any copying of games you do not own or that is illegal in your area, is on you.  We install chips with the intention that you will use them legally and if you don't, we are not responsible.
